Our Story

Incorporated in 1965 as M.R. Nason Construction Ltd, the company was re-organized and re-incorporated in 1982 with new partners and a focus on the water and wastewater infrastructure marketplace. In 1991, an Electrical and Instrumentation Division was added and the organization renamed to Nason Contracting Group Ltd. The new name provided continuity with the depth of our past experience, while illustrating the "Group" concept of combined expertise.

Through the next 20 years, management changes and restructuring continued to build the operational side of the business and ensured continued growth and a dynamic environment for the outstanding people who provide the basic strength of our company. Our management style and company philosophies during this time attracted a workforce with an entrepreneurial spirit that we have empowered to make strategic decisions for the long-term interest of the company.

Recognizing that the best way to retain and attract the most talented construction people in our industry was to offer ownership, the company was restructured in 2006 to become employee owned. Every employee is now a shareholder, and as a result, our people are client-oriented, interested in establishing mutually beneficial relationships, and deeply committed to maintaining an outstanding reputation.

From the start, the fundamental goal of Nason Contracting Group Ltd has been to provide our customers with the most appropriate technology; delivered in the most cost-effective manner. To achieve this goal, the company has successfully evolved over the last 25 years of continued grown, and we have successfully met, and will continue to meet the challenges of an ever-changing marketplace.
