Ironworks

Nason Ironworks provides the design and quality fabrication of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium metal products and components for the water and waste water treatment industry. They work directly for Nason Contracting Group and other General Contractors when the miscellaneous package is placed separately, or Nason Ironworks will partner with our Structural Steel customers when the miscellaneous metals component is part of an overall steel package.

Typical projects would include:

• Process Piping
• Piping supports
• Stairs, walkways, catwalks, and access ladders
• Steel Structures

Quality control for all our fabrications and components is considered the key to a successful project. Nason Ironwork's staff includes a senior full-time Welding Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. CWB Level 3 Welding inspection procedures are implemented with our welding supervisor, quality control personnel, and welders for every project; regardless of the size or complexity.

We have in house engineering and drafting capabilities to control the timeliness and accuracy of drawings for approval and fabrication. Specialized tools such as QuickPen PipeDesigner3D, SolidWorks 3D solid modeling software, and COSMOS Finite Element Analysis software are utilized as required, depending on the specific project requirements.
